I bought this hairdye expecting something spectacular, the colour was lovely, the hairdye itself was more of a cream and it went on hair with ease and didn't run all over my head but I can't say it was any better than the shop bought dyes I have been using up till now. Plus you get 2 for £15 from the supermarkets for the same price as this one.

I was initially really pleased with the dye, my hair looked and felt great after and the colour was great. I followed the directions and didn't wash it for 72 hours after but the colour started to fade dramatically after 5 washes and has pretty much washed out after 8. I have yet to try the colour refresher but will be doing in the next couple of days.
My order contained a pot that had already been opened and clumsily resealed with sellotape. Not happy with having paid full price for this.

The colour is absolutely amazing, my hair feels so nice and healthy. There is no frazzled dry feeling after use. A week after colouring my hair feels incredibly well conditioned. I will certainly be getting more in the plum colour and hope they'll bring out a coloured conditioner for it, too

Used twice now and both times it’s washed out after the first wash and I don’t know why?

Love the product but does fade quickly and my hair grows quickly. Got a free serum this time and love it so much going to be buying this in the future

Smart colour used to produce a dye that I could put on my dyed black hair and produce a vibrant bright red instantly.
