I bought this hairdye expecting something spectacular, the colour was lovely, the hairdye itself was more of a cream and it went on hair with ease and didn't run all over my head but I can't say it was any better than the shop bought dyes I have been using up till now. Plus you get 2 for £15 from the supermarkets for the same price as this one.

Received a product that had been opened before and all sellotaped up again. Also unlabelled. Not acceptable when paying full price.
I was initially really pleased with the dye, my hair looked and felt great after and the colour was great. I followed the directions and didn't wash it for 72 hours after but the colour started to fade dramatically after 5 washes and has pretty much washed out after 8. I have yet to try the colour refresher but will be doing in the next couple of days.
My order contained a pot that had already been opened and clumsily resealed with sellotape. Not happy with having paid full price for this.
The colour is absolutely amazing, my hair feels so nice and healthy. There is no frazzled dry feeling after use. A week after colouring my hair feels incredibly well conditioned. I will certainly be getting more in the plum colour and hope they'll bring out a coloured conditioner for it, too
I tried everything then luckily came across this . My hair is dark hairdressers won't touch my hair But this product was a game changer. Fantastic

Bought the combo and thought the refresher cream was the wrong colour. The correspondence and customer service was spot on and dealt with brilliantly. Was assured colour wasn’t wrong. Can’t fault. And permanent dye is amazing colour.
