Bought the combo and thought the refresher cream was the wrong colour. The correspondence and customer service was spot on and dealt with brilliantly. Was assured colour wasn’t wrong. Can’t fault. And permanent dye is amazing colour.

Looked great on day 1, but 8 days later after 4 washes with colour protect shampoo my hairs back to it's original dark blonde as if I'd never even had the dye to begin with
