If you created a Smart Beauty account during checkout, you can log in at any time to view:

Delivery Information
We work hard to dispatch every order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy beautiful, salon-quality hair colour at home without the wait.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
Please remember that courier tracking can sometimes take a few hours to update after your parcel has left our warehouse.
During busy periods, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer than expected.

My tracking hasn't updated.
Tracking information may take several hours to appear after dispatch. If there hasn't been an update for more than 48 hours, please contact our Customer Care Team and we'll be happy to investigate.
I can't find my tracking email.
First, check your Spam or Junk folder and search your inbox for Smart Beauty. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend your tracking information.
My parcel is delayed.
Courier delays can occasionally happen, particularly during busy periods or adverse weather. Your tracking page will always show the latest available delivery updates.
My order says it has been delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please check with neighbours, your designated safe place, or your building's reception if applicable. If you're still unable to locate your parcel, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
